I weighed 238.8 lbs this morning. I am down 19 lbs from my heaviest weight of 258 and hopefully I’ll hit 228 by the end of May. Once my new wheels arrive the weight should really come off fast. I plan on getting in a good leg workout tonight then having some carbs.
