Slowly but surely

Weighed in at 237 lbs this morning – down 21 lbs so far. I don’t really look any better but I certainly feel it. I don’t get winded nearly as quickly walking up the 8 flights of steps to the apt. The next 20 are going to be really tough. My 36/30 jeans are loose in the waist now. I should be in 34/30’s by the end of June.
