Who am I, you ask? Perhaps that’s not for me to decide. It certainly does beg the question of which is more important - what you represent to yourself or what you represent to others. When I find out myself I’ll be sure and tell you. Until then, let’s pretend I am a man, a son, a brother, a friend, a lover, a geek, a bodybuilder, a cyclist, a runner, an optimist, a dreamer, and student of life.

My current passions involve cycling, weightlifting and finishing that college degree that I have put off for 20+ years. When I first became hooked on computers 11 years ago I exchanged cycling 2 hours a day for sitting in front of a computer 10 hours a day. In the process I went from 190 lbs to 235, at which point I decided to take up weight training again where I added another 10. Now I’m anxious to get back to my college weight by cycling and running. Eventually I hope to complete a half Ironman triathlon. That’s half a 1.2-mile (1.9 km) swim, 56-mile (90 km) bike ride, and 13.1-mile (21.1 km) run. fyi.
